On Thursday, January 17th 2019, Members of the Indonesia Scout Movement (Gerakan Pramuka) from Gugus Depan 01.09.119-120 Base MAN 3 Kota Banda Aceh took the initiative in the Messenger of Peace Project entitled "Clean of Banda Aceh City, Towards the Glorious Banda Aceh City Community". And on the same occasion on Friday, January 18th 2019, the same thing was done on the Gugus Depan A.79 – A.80 base in SMAN 2 Kota Banda Aceh. In this activity, Khaidir Marzuki as the initiator of this projection activity tried to socialize what Messenger of Peace was, and what was the task of Messenger of Peace. On this occasion, Khaidir also invited members of the Indonesia Scout Movement (Gerakan Pramuka) from the Gugus Depan 01.09.119-120 Base MAN 3 Kota Banda Aceh and the Gugus Depan A.79 – A.80 base in SMAN 2 Kota Banda Aceh to practice how to do MoP symbols using their hands.

As the initiator of this projection, Khaidir also invited members of the Scout Movement from the of the Indonesia Scout Movement (Gerakan Pramuka) from the Gugus Depan 01.09.119-120 Base MAN 3 Kota Banda Aceh and the Gugus Depan A.79 – A.80 base in SMAN 2 Kota Banda Aceh to become "Agent of Change" and "The Leader of Positive Change ", Which is to invite people around to become better people. Especially regarding the problem of waste, in order to realize a cleaner and healthier environment.

In addition to Messenger of Peace, Khaidir also socialized about U-Report Scouts and JOTA JOTI's annual event events. It was explained that Scouting activities are not only about conventional exercises held in their respective Front Groups, but also by utilizing the technology resulting from the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. utilizing technology can build wider networking; not only long distance / national, it can even reach all corners of the world. For example, in activity 61st JOTA 22nd JOTI held on 19-21 October 2018. Many developments and innovations carried out by millions of Scouting members in enlivening this activity. In this case, the Indonesian Scout Movement, especially from the FGD group members Scout Education was able to hold JOTA using the Indonesian Virtual Walkie Talkie (IndoVWT) application.
