I am Niranjan Studying 8th Standard at Velankanni Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ashok Nagar , Chennai... During recent Vartha Cyclone Our Area 2nd Sector , K.K.Nagar is badly affected .. almost 80% trees are fallen and blocked the road .. Me with my Friends and our Area Association members , cut the branches of the trees to make way for walking and two wheeler movements , and cleaned our area Ground , before Corporation people vist .. I take this oppurtunity to thank my parents for allowing me to do this service. They are also participated in this .. Last 2 days we went for scout camp organised from my school , to MMDA Government School & it was a interesting , leaning and memorable camp.Almost around 300 participants from various Schools have participated and our TIGER TEAM WON the Medal..
