Today, November 27, 2020, the second day of the 388th Scout Unit Leader Basic Course has been completed smoothly. Each session is nicely presented. Rajshahi District Education Officer Mohammad Anwar Hossain attended in the inaugural function yesterday. In his speech, he gave a comparative picture of Rajshahi District Rover with Bogra District Rover. According to him, Bogra District Scout is far ahead from Rajshahi District Rover. Not only that, they are far ahead of Rajshahi District Rover in achieving the President's Scout Award. In his speech he directed that Rajshahi District Rover should be taken forward and training should be conducted through competent leadership from Rajshahi district and competent leader should be formed.
