Senior Scouts from Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology - Laboratory High School, Cabanatuan City Council, Outfit 143, Boy Scouts of the Philippines organized a parade and volunteered to lead the parade unto the city church. The scouts provide assistance to the people and lead their way in the chronological program in the event. The scouts aims to provide continuous service and more projects for community development, and others. The project has been successful.
