Children with special needs have always been kept away from education and integration into society. Every child should have equal access to enriching experiences, including those with disabilities.involvement in teamwork, leadership, outdoor skills, self-confidence .

1.Training of leaders who were to implement the project
2.Execution of the project in Mbale and Kampala through recruitment of children and taking them through scouting program and other shills.
3.Reporting and overseeing the sustainability of the project.
-There is need for scouting to reach out to more marginalised communities.
-Every child need an opportunity to explore their full potential.
