The Rajyapuraskar test of Subarnapur district was held from DT 21-11-2016 to24-11-16 at Binka High School ,Binka which was inaugurated by B.E.O.Binka Ghanashyam Sahu.A total no of 214 scouts and guides appeared the test.During the test activities like peace March,swachh Bharat ,messenger of peace,free being me all faith prayer were organized.Dinabandhu Pradhan D.O.C organized the test where Dist.Chief Commissioner Laxman Bhoi,Secretary D.Rout,Commissioner B.Karna also visited.
