Project Orion VII - Rovering with Turtles

Project Orion VII – Rovering with Turtles is the seventh project in the series of annual project collaborations by The Singapore Scout Association with our host organization, World Wide Fund for Nature – Malaysia (WWF-Malaysia). It will be held from 13th June 2016 to 26th June 2016 in Setiu, Terengganu, Malaysia. Project Orion I and II, III, IV, V and VI were completed in June 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively. Goals: 1) Create awareness on the importance of Wildlife Conservation among the participants and Scouting community in Singapore. 2) Provide opportunities to Youths to increase their self and global awareness based on the Service Learning Methodology and Scout Method. 3) Provide a platform for Youths to be trained to be future leaders in similar projects. 4) Impart the values of service learning to Youths.
