Plastic-Free Ganganagar: Cloth Bag Revolution
Growing plastic pollution harming our city and planet. On Ganganagar Sthapna Diwas, we aimed to inspire people to switch from single-use plastic to reusable cloth bags, promoting a cleaner, greener, and more responsible community for a sustainable future. 🌿
We began by gifting a sapling and a cloth bag to our local politician, marking the start of the campaign. Then, we visited homes and shops across Ganganagar, distributed cloth bags, and educated people about the harmful effects of single-use plastic, motivating them to adopt eco-friendly habits. We distribute 50 cloth bags 🌍💚
Our campaign created strong environmental awareness among residents and shopkeepers. Many pledged to stop using single-use plastic and switch to cloth bags. The project built community spirit, inspired sustainable habits, and marked a meaningful step toward making Ganganagar a cleaner, greener, and plastic-free city. 🌎💪
True change begins with small actions and strong awareness. By interacting with the community, we understood the power of communication, teamwork, and example-setting in promoting sustainability. The project taught us responsibility toward nature and how collective effort can drive lasting environmental impact. 🌱
