It was glad to have our former Bhutan scout chief comissioner as a guest lecture to share about scout knowledge. He said that being a scout we should never stop learning. He stated, "scouting is all about character building" where we should be a responsible citizen right from our home. As a scout we should be bound by the laws and oaths of scouts. He also highlighted on the good turns and scout promises. In short, during the pandemic hours he shared us about being responsible and following governments rules and lending your helping hands through various method such as engaging in virtual learning and being self aware and responsible. #happyscouting#
