1st December 2019 , among 30 members of rovers air A Balung scouts was introduce what is Messenger of Peace , the introduction was deliver by Skipper Sahlan Hamad who is (MOP) coordinater . Through this programme all participants gain new knowledge that will increase scouting spirit and will be more volunteers. Perhaps this programme will be continue and we will give more exposures .
