The event was conducted to the candidates of Venturer Rank and also to the Outdoorsman Rank. The main purpose of the activity is to guide the higher rank scouts, or to know them, what are the responsibilities of a leader? or what will the action will be if you're been in charge in one group or team? The event was organized by the Eagle Scouts of Northern Samar Association (ESANS).
