As youth scout trainer with disabilities through the experience i got at MOP at the opening ceremony .ho scout with disabilities must be inclusive . after long time doing my bachelor degree in IT I COME WITH THE Idea of inclusive for children scout with disabilities through the center for peoples with disabilities in rwanda the project is that to recogonase all center and all group scout arround any center and think the way the can work together. thank you JEAN CLAUDE MBONIGABA
