GREEN’S LEADERSHIP TRAINING
My motivation stems from my desire to share the knowledge I gained through scout training and contribute to the development of youth leadership. I aimed to help them better utilize their potential and grow as leaders.
The project combined both theory and practice, with youth actively participating in workshops led by facilitators. These workshops focused on key leadership topics, including:
The leader’s vision
Defining who a leader is
Different leadership styles
Emotional intelligence
Challenges and hardships faced by leaders
This approach ensured the youth not only understood leadership concepts but also gained practical insights into applying them.
I learned that combining theory with practical experience is essential in leadership development. Engaging young people in discussions about leadership styles and emotional intelligence showed me how to make these concepts meaningful and impactful. I also discovered the power of empowering youth to recognize and harness their potential for effective leadership.
