Good Governance

All scouts in Lesotho were not aware of governing documents so the need was for them to know all the governing policies and activities that are expected from them. Young people and scouts needed to also know how to make the environment safe, have well-trained leaders.
The project team and participants met to plan together how to do and achieve all project objectives. Tasks were shared and available resources were allocated accordingly.
Learned that recruiting of adults in our NSO especially teachers in schools as they are with young people most of the time and training them helps the NSO to ensure the implementation of youth program is done properly and all activities are tracked properly. we also learned not to wait for the other rounds of funding without doing anything rather in the meantime do simple activities. It is important to Adhere to WOSM standards for good governance
