"Flood Relief Support – Mymensingh 2024"

The devastating condition of flood-affected families in Mymensingh deeply touched me. Many had lost their homes and daily essentials, yet they showed strength and hope. As a Scout, I felt a strong sense of responsibility to stand beside them during this difficult time. I realized that even a small act of kindness could make a real difference in their lives. This feeling of empathy and duty is what inspired me to take action and organize this relief project.
We formed a Scout team, raised funds, and made a list of essential items. After buying and packaging the relief materials, we went to the flood-affected areas in Mymensingh and distributed them to over 100 families. Teamwork, planning, and community support helped us complete the project smoothly.
I learned that small efforts, when done with heart and teamwork, can bring real change. This project improved my planning, leadership, and communication skills. Most importantly, I realized the value of standing by people during their toughest times — that’s where true peace begins.
