Every year, the most famous cultural institution of Bangladesh, Chhayanot arrange various events on various occasions. On the Victory Day of Bangladesh, the institution arranges a cultural event at The Physical education ground of Dhaka University. At that event, the Rovers of 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group voluntarily worked as the event management team. We took care of the discipline and security of the event along with the organisers and the cops.
