Empowering Youth, Building Tomorrow

In today's world beside studies extracurricular activities are very important. It can help children discover new interests and learn more about themselves. It can develop skills like teamwork, leadership, communication and critical thinking.

The Ranger Section of South Group organised a Three months service at the Nichubasha Hindi medium school. There we took different sessions on handicrafts, drawing, Yoga, exercises etc. The children also enjoy participating in these activities beside their studies. We also organised different competitions on drawings and handicraft making. The children were very keen to learn different skills from us.

From this project we learnt that extra curricular activities can help children develop positive habits like structure routine and persistence. It can help reduce stress and anxiety.
