Evan Richards, a junior at Kealakehe High School, completed his Eagle Scout project April 22, 2017. The project involving 10 scouts and 6 scouters, renovated a Hale Pule or Prayer House on the University of Nations campus in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, where it can again be used for prayer and group discussions. After months of planning, the project entailed well over 130 man hours of construction and painting work.
