During covid pandemic, when everybody is busy in their own way it was a great opportunity for me to be part of the digital learning on scouting. We are of 60 member guided by former chief comissioner of scout Mr. Pema Wangchuk. He has unfolded on knowledges of scout where he touched on the scout promises and oaths, fundamental of scouting and benefits of scouting. He adviced us to be prepared and responsible especially during the pandemic.
