2019 Climb to Change A Life or in short terms, CTCAL organised by the Local Scout Council of Georgetown (South), in collaboration with Zy Movement Foundation. A total of 12 kids, or otherwise known as "champion" who are "differently-abled" are being supported by scouts and guides to conquer the famous Penang Hill. The result? A great success! All the champions made it to the top safely with a sense of achievement and with new confidence.
