Campaign for renovating the basket ball pavilion

Maliyadeva College is a government school in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka, established in 1888 by Colonel Henry Steel Olcott. At present school accommodates 4500 students. The basketball pavilion of Maliyadeva College is a common place for the school community. This place is used by primary student to do their outdoor activities. It is also use to hold committee meeting of many societies such as philatelic society, Red Cross society, inventors’ society ect…. It is also used by scouts for many purposes. Students use this for practicing aesthetic activities. Therefore it is very important to make this place attractive. At present this place has become unfavorable for learning. As a senior scout I thought to renovate this place on behalf of the school community.
