A week long project was held to give basic unit of leadership training to the graduates of Paro College of Educational. The main purpose was to encourage them to take up scouting where ever they go and which ever school they join in their career. The BULT Course was successfully conducted with the help of Dzongkhag scout leaders and scout leaderships for 356 pre service teacher graduating from PcE.
