Jim Se Bos is an impoverished informal settlement in the Phillipi area of Cape Town. Our  2nd Plumstead Cub Pack collected about 300 childrens books, groceries, fruit and cash donation for this project and visited the centre on an outing on Saturday 23 November to learn about this work, meet some of the children there and present what we had collected.  Our cubs played games and sang songs with children from the community, shared refreshments and read books with them in small reading circles.
