26 scout leaders of Sarpang Dzongkhag,Dzongkhag scout association provided BULT REFRESHER COURSE on 10 th to 12th May,2019 at Lharing Primary school.we  training them will and especially  smart and good order (Drill)And l learned how to communicate with adult scout and learned  more about scouting.
