We are the Girl Guides of Officers’ Colony Group, Kanchrapara District Eastern Railway, today very meaningfully observed the International Peace Day with the participation of 40 Guides & 4 Leaders. The programme went through almost 4 hours and celebration was contained with a Tree Plantation Programme as it is the main action we carried out to feel the importance of the day, at same time a successful Road Rally cum Street Drama also took place to make a public awareness on Saving Trees & Importance of Saving Trees.. As well as many more activities such as Poster Competition for Guides, Drawing Competition for Bulbuls, Some ideal game plays, were contained with the programme. Certainly we are so delighted and fortunate to be a part of this great day Celebrations and we thanking to our all OCG members for their great support to organize this programs in great manner.
