As scouts, everyone loves to attend camps, enjoying the activities, learning, and friendships they bring. However, not everyone realizes the amount of effort, planning, and hard work that goes on behind the scenes to make such programs meaningful and enjoyable. This camp was my first experience not as a participant but as a helper, working quietly in the background. It gave me a new perspective, allowing me to witness the dedication, teamwork, and commitment required to nurture and guide the younger scouts. Supporting their growth was both humbling and rewarding, and it deepened my appreciation for the scouting spirit.
