Total of 33 Scouts comprising 14 Leadership Scouts, 14 Scouts of Changzamtok LSS and five adults joined some 350 Volunteers to work for landscaping project at Dechenphu Lhakhang. It was coordinated by Madam Dorji Wangmo, Sr. Program Officer, Cabinet Secretariat who was working for Bhutan Scouts Association until last year. This infact a display of 'Once a Scout, Always a Scout' spirit. Mr. Kinley Wangchuk, Scout Leader, Babesa helped to mobilizethe Scout volunteers and Youth Leaders Khandu and Wangyel to supervise the group.
