The 1st Virtual Pre-ALT Couse for Scout Wing was started from 24th to 30th September, 2020 with 30 candidates and seven Leader Trainers Staff under the Leadership of Sh. Arup Sarkar, Deputy Director of Scouts. 

The purpose of this Course is to equip Senior H.W.B. Parchment holders to help or assist on Unit Leader Training Courses and to select them to become members of the Training team

Various subjects are being discussed, and described during the course - Fundamentals of Youth Programme, Adults in Scouting Policy, Youth Programme, how to formulate Objectives, 14 Programme Ideas, Introduction of Micro Teaching, Scheme of Scheme of Training, Leadership and Qualities, Helping the Course Leader, How adults learn and learning procedure, how to make training more clear, All Faiths Prayer Meeting – how to conduct, procedure. Besides this, in the second half, the practical session are being examined in in breakout groups by the staff members.
