Greenlight for peace movement is a movement in Kibra slums which was started mainly for peace building within the Kibra community. It is an initiative by members of Kenya scouts organization to foster tranquility in the community. This was a tree planting event during the Kenya National tree planting day at Kenya Scouts Headquarters in Rowallan. The target of the Greenlight movement is to plant 70,000 trees by the end of the year
