Having realized the challenges experienced by our brothers and sisters at Kisii Rehabilitation and Vocational Centre we as Flamingo Rover scouts Kisii,Kenya begun a project of utilizing the available resources using plastic bags to grow vegetables for both source of income and food to them. we begun this project in January 2019 and looking forward to implement it to many more instructions to cub the challenges of food insecurity and instability in income levels.
