work without play makes jack a dull boy..as  scouts and also  youths we have realised that most youths in our society not only ingage in crime but also luck jobs due lack of or inadequte platforms to explore their talents....so as a rover crew we decided not only to learn but also to teach the young on how to use their talents  for their well being
