On 29th February 2024, I attended a Rovermate 1&2 training at Rowallan Scouts Camp. We familiarized ourselves with the purpose and mission of Scouting. We also learned about project management, its failures and successes, strategic leadership, power delegation, and how to motivate a team. We also went through the power of storytelling for youth-led projects. We were finally guided on achieving a Safe from Harm certificate and earning it.
