Rajya Puraskar's ceremony is a ceremony of recognition that is organized every year. We all knows about the ceremony. Hon'ble Governor Sj. Raghubar Das ji awarded to the Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers, Cubs & Bulbuls with certificates. Moreover, the best units and districts were awarded on this occasion. Dr. K.P. Mishra, State Chief Commissioner, Odisha STate BSG, Sj. Santosh Kumar Tripathy, Chief Adviser to the Governor, Dr. Smt. Minati Behera, Chairman, of the Women Commission, and other dignitaries were present. Some of the Unit Leaders get awarded with the Service Star Award. Around 750 nos. of awardees were there to witness the ceremony.
