Scouts from Kisii University in Kenya did joyfully welcome their Vice Chancellor into scouting after years of receiving support from him at a personal and institutional level. The Vice Chancellor who believed in scouting at a time when nobody else in the University cared about has supported the University scouts for over 7 years. With his support the scouts have managed to do invaluable projects that have touched the very fabrics of the community around them. There acts have inspired many more to join them in the service. The Vice Chancellor once invested even committed more to look for other reputable members to come and support the scouts movement as well as offering his unconditional support for the movement.
