The Deputy Governor Kisii County, H.E. Joash Maangi accepted the call to join the worldwide movement of service and wore the scarf with honor. He pledged to continuously offer his support towards scouting as the movement was vital in nurturing young people into responsible adults. Speaking at the closing of Kisii County scouts competition he commited to bringing the Governor as well as young people were key in the County governments framework of success.
