#scout and proud. the investiture ceremony was conducted at Migori township secondary school where novices who had spent 3 months being instilled with scouting skills and values were Ready for their event. the novices had earlier spent 8 hours of examining themselves. 27 novices were brought into a world wide fraternity so as to offer Service and transform the world today to a even better one. long live scouting.
