Inspiring creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration were the highlights of another awareness activity for Impact Innovators Challenge. The activity began with the Highest Paper Tower Challenge, where teams competed to build the tallest tower using only sheets of paper. This helped the Scouts to understand that resourcefulness, balance, and strong foundations are vital not only in building structures but in creating a sustainable world as well.

The Scouts also took part in the Mash-up Challenge, where they combined two existing products to invent a new one. From this activity, Scouts learned about the importance of innovation, designing sustainably, and creative thinking to spark practical solutions geared toward achieving the Sustainable Goals.

"This experience also helped broaden my thinking when it comes to finding solutions to the problems I face. We have carried out in our school the plans we made during the Workshop for Impact Innovators, such as cleaning the surroundings and planting." -Charlotte

Indeed, awareness is the first step toward action. Scouts from San Matias Elementary School are now ready to take the next step to becoming Innovators and LifeLeaders.
