Today the Uganda Scouts Association and the Uganda Girl Guides have concluded a five day campaign on gender Equality awareness in the five districts of eastern Uganda (Busoga region) The team focused on the five districts mayuge, luka, kaliro,buyende and kamuli district that have high rates of school dropouts due to menstrual related problems and the campaign is intended to run for four years educating the young people on issues that seem to be seen as tabu in some communities. #NO-MISSEDSCHOOLDAYS #SCOUTINGINAFRICA #SCOUTS4SDGS
