First meeting of Provincial Youth Council was held from 27-29 July 2018 in Karachi , Pakistan. Omer Soomro was elected as Chairman , M. Hamza as Vice Chairman and Arbaz Khan as Secretary. The agenda of the meeting was policy making and oath taking. A number of lectures were delivered by renowned scouts during the meeting to help a scout become a better scout ! Members of Golden Circle ; Nasir Khan , Farhan Shahid and Hamza Anwar were given the task to form this PYC and did their job in a beautiful manner. Provincial Secretary Mr. Shamas Khan supported them in conducting this meeting !
