Like the child who learns to get up and walk, it has gone through moments of instability. Under divine guidance and the contribution of several people who have no direct links, it has been a year since the Okadim Scout Group exists. It is intended to supervise Cubs, Scouts, Navigators and Rovers. More than 150 members including about twenty adults in charge of management are committed to being individually and collectively model of human life. In communion with the leaders of scouts in the city of Kinshasa, the Kin-West Scout District as well as scout groups, friends and relatives of Scouts, we celebrated this first year of existence.
