The better world frame work an initiative of W O S M was conducted through webinar by Bharat Scouts & Guides, India during this pandemic. The motive of this initiative is to spread the knowledge of B W F to the members as much as possible so that we can introduce & involve so much people for their contribution to wards this novel cause. The virtual B W F initiative was inaugurated by Mr. Jose Rizal Pangilinan, Regional Director, Asia Pacific region & the first day session was taken by Mr. Madhusudan Avala, Dy.
