5th pack, (a scout group at) Onigbongbo of Ikeja Scout Division, Lagos State Scout Council of The Scout Association of Nigeria, welcomed 150 cub scouts (scouts aged 6 - 11 years) to the world brotherhood of scouting on the 24th of May 2018 at Chrisland School, Opebi, Lagos State. The ceremony was witness by lots of personalities and the Representative of Lagos State Scout Council Commissioner. The investiture was anchored by Ezekiel Shomefun, the Pack's Akela who also stands out as one of the NSO's renowned Akees (Cub Scout Leaders). This development is a rebirth of scouting in the Nigeria and a remarkable feat for other leader to emulate.
