The Bharat Scouts and Guides of East Coast Railway, Khurda Road district, going to organize 12th District Camp and Rally at District Training and Camping Center, Khurda Road. Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers are engaged them self’s  to clean the camp site for camp.
