Water for good health and life

Even during extreme heat, working people come out to make a living. Outdoor workers face risks of dehydration and heat-related illnesses during extreme heat. The unbearable heat of the sun can dehydrate them, which is crucial for preserving their strength and physical protection.

Dehydration occurs when the body loses more fluids than it takes in, leading to symptoms like thirst and fatigue. It's caused by sweating, vomiting, or inadequate fluid intake. Prevent it by drinking enough fluids, especially in hot weather.

First we collect pure drinking water, then store it in a jar. Basically, we fill a 15-liter jar with clean water and place it on the roadside. Pedestrians, including pedestrians and rickshaw pullers, enjoy the benefits of this water. During the 7 day program we provide around 105 liters of drinking water to people . Beyond quenching thirst, it reduces the risk of waterborne diseases, fosters community care, and raises awareness about water access and conservation.

This project demonstrates the impact of simple yet effective solutions in serving the community's needs, emphasizing the significance of resourcefulness and community service in promoting health and well-being.
