Vitamin A+ campaign 2025
Bogura Polytechnic Institute Rover Scout Group actively contributes to child health by ensuring vitamin A supplementation for underprivileged children. Our community service impacts local residents, emphasizing collective well-being. Additionally, we raise maternal awareness about vitamin A’s significance. Our commitment reflects dedication to public health and community service.
We executed the Vitamin A Plus Campaign with proper planning, awareness campaigns, and vaccination administration. Our unit volunteered at the program held at Bogura sadar, on 14 March, 2025
Scouts were educated on the 'Expanded Program of Immunization' (EPI) and the issues of Vitamin A vaccination. Red Vit-A capsules were given to children over 12 months & less than 5 years, whereas Blue Vit-A capsules were given to children less than 12 months to 6 month's children.
