UNE-TL Spotlight Initiative conducted Training of Trainers on Voice Against Violence (VAV). It is part of the SDG 5: Gender Equality. The objective of the TOT is to prepare 10 Scout leaders to train scouts members as well as to the community members in their districts.

The Spotlight Initiative is supported by the EUROPEAN UNION through  the UN Women in Timor-Leste.
