An underprivileged elder widowed grandmother needs help to clean up her house as well as to remove accumulated clay in her backyard caused by typhoon. Our troop, Hui-Lan Community Scout Group received this news from a hospital staff and arrange our venture scouts to have a community service activity to assist this madam. After two hours cleaning, we made a clean parlor, kitchen and living room for her. In addition, we also created a simple retaining wall using the materials we could have from her backyard. Hope this can prevent some clay from the backyard hill.
