On May 17-18 Armenian National Scout Movement-HASK hosted Mr. Srinath Tirumale, the Executive Director of the Secretary General Office of WOSM, to facilitate a workshop on Adults in Scouting and PR, Communications. During the first day Srinath highlighted the critical importance of adults in Scouting and their involvement in organization as Scout leaders. Only motivated and experienced leaders can effectively implement the youth program and thereby support further development and progress of the organization. The next day of the workshop was dedicated to another crucial factor for organizational growth-Communications, Advocacy and Public Relations. Mr. Srinath Tirumale shared with the audience his knowledge and expertise, as well the best practices within WOSM in this area. Among various activities, in order to assess the current standings, Srinath helped to perform organization’s SWOT analysis. Such educational and motivating workshop is a huge support in achieving better and improved scouting. Our love and deep gratitude to Mr. Srinath Tirumale.
