Toy Collection for the Renascer Orphanage
The motivation behind this project came from a desire to bring happiness to children who may not have the same opportunities as others. By donating toys, we hope to spark moments of joy and show them they are remembered and cared for. As Scouts, we are called to help others and make a difference in our communities — and this project is a simple, heartfelt way to live that mission through action.
This project aims to collect and donate toys to Orfanato Renascer, bringing joy to children in need. As part of the Messengers of Peace program, it encourages Scouts to take action and support their community through simple but meaningful gestures of kindness and solidarity.
Completing this project taught us the true value of small actions. We learned that even a simple toy can bring joy and hope to a child’s life. It also showed us the power of teamwork, empathy, and organization — essential skills for any Scout. Most importantly, we realized that serving others not only helps the community, but also helps us grow as individuals and become better citizens of the world.
