Together We Prepare, Together We Celebrate.
I was motivated to contribute to the successful organisation of our school's Annual Feast Day by helping prepare the venue. I wanted to support my school community by setting up tents and carrying soil to level the ground for the stage, ensuring a safe and organised space for the celebration.
Over three days, after our last class at 3:30 PM, I led the scout groups and coordinated with some councillors to prepare the venue for our school's Annual Feast Day. On the first day, I guided the team in clearing the site by removing waste and unwanted materials. On the second day, we carried soil and levelled the ground for the stage and tent pitching. On the third day, I helped supervise the tent setup and final arrangements to ensure the venue was ready for the celebration.
Through this project, I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership and responsibility. Leading the scout groups and coordinating with councillors helped me improve my communication and leadership skills. I also learned that proper planning, cooperation and hard work are essential for preparing a successful school event.
